Information Hardness
Information hardness is a subjective measure of the accuracy and reliability of an item of information. Hardness increases when accuracy and reliability are high in a particular item of information.
Information Richness
Information is richest when it is delivered face-to-face. In a conversation information will give an immediate feedback for verification. A numeric document is the least form of information, since there is no opportunity for questions or visual expression regarding the information.
Information Class
Information can be categorized in to four types or classes, such as content, form, behavior and action and the following section will describe them individually.

Information can be presented in many forms: as a textual document, a table, a graph etc. This section will describe the shape and composition of such information. For example information in a table will define the dimension and composition of every item in the object called a table.
Behavior Information
Behavior information is used mostly to predict the behavior of a physical object using simulation techniques. As an example, a description of an employee will reveal the behavior of that employee. This is often presented visually since the large volume of data generated cannot be easily processed by humans in other formats.
Action Information
This facilitates the instantaneous creation of sophisticated action.
